List work orders

Returns work orders across the company, newest first. Use it to build a production schedule or to sync crew assignments into another system.

• Filter with status, crew_id or job_id; filters combine.
• Results are paginated. Pass page, and optionally per_page (default 25, maximum 100).
• Each work order includes its job and contact, its crew, its most recent quality review, and can_create_quality_review, which says whether the token's role may review it.
• The list only includes work orders the token's role can see: a role that can view all company records sees every work order, a production manager sees work orders on jobs assigned to them, and a sales rep sees work orders on jobs assigned to them or their team.
