Create a crew

Creates a crew for your company directly, with no invitation step. Wrap the fields in a crew object; name is required.

• weekly_capacity is the number of days a week the crew can be booked; it defaults to 5.
• crew_lead_id and member_ids must be users in your company. A crew_lead_id for anyone else is ignored, and other IDs in member_ids are skipped.
• status defaults to active.
• The token's role must have the Manage teams permission, and the token needs the write scope.
