Creates a draft contract from a proposal without waiting for the homeowner to accept it online, for example when they agreed in person or by phone. Send the proposal's ID as predecessor_id and kind set to contract.

The contract copies the proposal's scope and terms for a single option, so the proposal must have one chosen option: either it was accepted with an option selected, or exactly one of its options is set to be sent. Each proposal can be turned into a contract only once; accepting a proposal online already creates its draft contract, so promoting it afterwards is refused. Edit the draft with PATCH /agreements/{id}, then send it for signature with POST /agreements/{id}/send_agreement.

The token's role must be allowed to prepare estimates, and must either have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
