Returns a won, lost or inactive lead to open and clears its outcome fields. This is meant for
correcting a mistake, so the token's role must be able to act on every record (normally owners
and admins). Reopening a won lead does not delete the job it created.

To start a fresh sales conversation with the same homeowner, use POST /leads/{id}/reengage
instead. Reopening a lead that is already open returns 422.
