Creates an invoice on a job, with its line items in the same request. Wrap the fields in an invoice object and pass line items as invoice_line_items_attributes, each with a description, quantity and unit_price.

• The invoice number is assigned automatically, and status defaults to draft.
• subtotal, tax_amount and total are calculated from the line items. tax_rate is a percentage (8.25 means 8.25%).
• payment_type sets how the homeowner is expected to pay: card (the default), ach, check, cash or financing.
• Creating an invoice does not notify the homeowner. Call the send endpoints when it is ready.
• The token's role must have the Work sales leads or Work production jobs permission, and the token needs the write scope.
