The figures are saved on the job's primary insurance claim (one is created if the job has none yet), the job's outstanding balance is recalculated, and a note is added to the job's activity log. If the values are invalid, the request returns 422 with an errors list.

The token's role must be able to see the job, and the token needs the write scope.
