Create a work order

Creates a work order on a job. Wrap the fields in a work_order object; job_id is required.

• status defaults to draft. If you set scheduled_date without scheduled_end_date, the end date is set to the same day.
• crew_id must be a crew the company works with, and the crew must not already be booked on overlapping dates.
• If a crew is assigned, its lead and members are notified. Setting status to issued can tick off a matching item on the job's stage checklist.
• The token's role must have the Work sales leads or Work production jobs permission, and the token needs the write scope.
