Creates a material order on the deal's job from the proposal's line items, leaving out labor. Every line is included, across all tiers. The order needs a job, so it cannot be created while the deal is still a lead.

The response is always a success, so read message: "Material order created successfully." means an order was made, and "Material order created." means none could be created. The token's role must be allowed to prepare estimates, and must either have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
