Reassigns this address to a different existing contact in your company, and to that contact's
account. Use it when a property was recorded under the wrong person, for example a placeholder
contact created while canvassing. If the address was primary but the new contact already has a
primary address, it becomes a secondary address.

If the original contact was a placeholder (no name, email or real phone number) and has nothing
else left (no addresses, leads or jobs), it is deleted.

The token's user must be able to update the address and see the target contact.
