Moves the job to canceled. Only available while the job is in schedule or install; a job in
closeout cannot be canceled.

The token's role must be allowed to work sales, and unless it can act on every record, the token's
user must be the job's sales rep. If the job can't be canceled, the response is 422 with
success: false and an error message.
