Adds a property to the contact. Send the address inside an address object. At least one of
site or billing must be true. A contact's first address becomes their primary address
automatically, and sending primary: true later makes the new address primary instead. The same
street address can't be added to one contact twice.

place_id is an optional Google Places ID for the address. The address is geocoded in the
background, so latitude and longitude may be empty in this response.

The token's user must be able to update the contact.
