Updates a task's title, description, priority, status, due_date, assigned_to_id or
job_id. Send only the fields you want to change inside a task object. Setting status to
completed stamps completed_at; setting any other status clears it.

You can update tasks assigned to or created by the token's user; other tasks require a role that
can act on every record. A validation failure returns 422 with an errors list.
