Cancels the event. The record is kept, with the cancellation time and who canceled it, but it no
longer appears in calendar lists. You can pass an optional cancellation_reason. Cancelling an
event that is already canceled does nothing.
The event is removed from the user's connected Google Calendar or Outlook, and if the homeowner was
sent an invite, they are sent a cancellation notice.
You can cancel your own events; cancelling someone else's requires a role that is allowed to delete
records.
