Creates a task. Send it inside a task object. title, priority and status are required;
there are no defaults. The task is assigned to the token's user unless you send assigned_to_id,
and the token's user is recorded as its creator. Send job_id to link it to a job.

Any authenticated user can create tasks. Creating a task on a job can tick off a matching step on
that job's checklist.
