Withdraws a document so it can no longer be accepted or signed, without recording a decision by the homeowner. Use it for a document sent by mistake or a deal that fell through. Any status can be voided, including a signed contract, and the void is logged on the deal.

Voiding does not undo anything the document already caused: a job created by a signed contract stays in place. The token's role must be allowed to prepare estimates, and must either have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
