Creates a single draft estimate on a won job from line items you supply. To start estimates from product kits, or to create several at once, use POST /jobs/{job_id}/estimates/create_batch instead.

Send the fields inside an estimate object:

• title, description and terms (or terms_and_conditions).
• valid_until (or expires_at), the date the price stops being valid.
• tier: good, better or best names the estimate's option after that tier; omit it for an untiered estimate. Any other value is refused with 422.
• estimate_line_items_attributes: an array of lines, each with description, quantity, unit_price, and optionally unit_cost, item_type (a product category such as shingles or labor; anything else becomes other), product_id and product_unit_id.

The token's role must be allowed to prepare estimates, and must either have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
