Returns time entries, most recent clock-in first. A role with the Work production jobs permission sees everyone's entries; any other role sees only the token user's own.

• Filter with user_id and date.
• Results are paginated. Pass page, and optionally per_page (default 25, maximum 100).
• open_entry is the token user's currently open entry, or null if they are not clocked in. Use it to decide whether to show a clock-in or clock-out action.
• available_crews lists the crews the token's user can clock in for.
• duration_in_hours is null while an entry is still open.
