Queues another attempt to send a review request that is still pending, for example after the
homeowner's phone number or email address has been corrected. A request that has already been
sent, clicked, reviewed, bounced or expired cannot be resent.
The token's role must allow access to all records, or the user must be the job's assigned sales
rep.
