Returns every referral in the company, newest first. Each entry names the referring contact, the
referred contact, and the lead created for the referral (or, for older referrals, the job). Results
are paginated with page and per_page (default 25, maximum 100).

The token's role must be able to manage marketing, which owners, admins and office managers can
do. Other roles are refused.
