Returns permits from every job in the company, newest first. Use it to build a permit tracker,
for example to find permits that are still pending or about to expire. Results are paginated
with page and per_page (default 25, maximum 100).

Only permits the token's role can see are included: all of them for roles with access to all
records, otherwise those on jobs where the user is the assigned sales rep or production manager.
