Queues an AI analysis that looks for roof damage in the photo. The analysis runs in the
background, so the response returns the photo as it is now, before any results.

When the analysis finishes, the photo's ai_analyzed becomes true, damage_confidence_score
is filled in and suggested tags are added, and an entry is added to the job's activity log. Poll
the get endpoint to see the result.

The token's role must allow access to all records, or the user must be the one who uploaded the
photo.
