Changes an estimate's details and line items. Unlike proposals and contracts, an estimate stays editable after it is sent or accepted; only a void estimate is locked.

Send the fields inside an estimate object. You can change title, description, terms, valid_until (or expires_at) and tier (good, better or best, which renames the estimate's option). In estimate_line_items_attributes, a row with an id updates that line (add _destroy: true to remove it), and a row without an id adds a new line at the end. Totals are recalculated on save.

The token's role must be allowed to prepare estimates, and must either have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
