Returns the insurance payment summary for a job: the carrier's approved figures, the checks received so far, and what is still owed.

• depreciation is the RCV amount minus the ACV amount.
• total_expected is the RCV amount plus approved supplements. total_received is both insurance checks plus what the homeowner has paid on the job's invoices. outstanding_balance is the difference.
• Once the job is closed out, rcv_overdue turns true if the RCV check has not arrived within 30 days of the production end date, and days_until_rcv_due counts down to that date.
• endorsement_required is true when a lienholder is on file and the claim is above the company's endorsement threshold; endorsement_received shows whether that step is done.
• A job with no insurance claim returns a summary of zeros.

The token's role must be able to see the job.
