Records the RCV (recoverable depreciation) check from the carrier. Send rcv_check_amount and rcv_check_received_at inside a job object.

• If the job requires a lienholder endorsement that has not been marked received, nothing is saved and the request returns 422 with success: false and an error message. Mark the endorsement received first.
• On success the figures are saved on the job's primary insurance claim, the outstanding balance is recalculated, and a note is added to the job's activity log.
• Invalid values return 422 with an errors list.

The token's role must be able to see the job, and the token needs the write scope.
