Returns map markers for the jobs the token's user can see that have coordinates, newest first, up
to 500. Each job includes its state, type, priority, contact, and every geocoded address (a job
covering several buildings has one entry per building).

The response also includes storm_events: up to 200 hail, wind and tornado reports from the last 90 days
near those jobs, useful for spotting storm damage around your existing customers.
