Permanently deletes an estimate and its line items. A void estimate cannot be deleted, and neither can an estimate that a signed contract was built from; the latter is refused with a 422 and an errors array.
The token's role must either be allowed to delete records, or be allowed to prepare estimates and have access to all records or be the sales rep assigned to the deal.
