Returns the company's products, sorted by category and then name. Results are paginated with
page and per_page (default 25, maximum 100).

Each product includes its unit_cost (what you pay) and unit_price (what you charge, worked out
from the cost using your company's pricing settings). The response also includes categories,
the list of category values a product can have.

Any role can list products, for example to pick items for a material order.
