Returns one document with its options and their line items. A proposal or estimate comes back under proposal; a contract comes back under contract with its signatures and signing status. permissions says which actions the token may take on it (edit, send, accept, decline, void, download, and sign for a contract), and editable says whether it can still be changed.

Unit costs, total cost and margin appear only when the token's role may edit the document.
