Returns the job's photos, newest first, 24 per page. Use page to step through the results; the
pagination object reports the current page, total pages and total count.

The response also includes stats, with counts for the whole job (total, damage, before, after,
drone, analyzed and awaiting analysis), and available_tags, every tag used on the job's photos.
Those two ignore your filters, so you can use them to build filter controls.
