Review a crew's work on a work order

Saves a quality review of the crew's work on a work order, usually after it is completed. Wrap the fields in a crew_quality_review object.

• rating is required and must be a whole number from 1 to 5.
• tags is an optional list; each tag must be one of Workmanship, Cleanup, Timeliness, Communication or Safety.
• The work order must have a crew assigned. The review is credited to that crew, and the token's user is recorded as the reviewer.
• A work order can be reviewed more than once; the most recent review is the one shown on the work order.
• The token's role must have the Work production jobs permission, and the token needs the write scope.
